Send the company name, the person responsible, an email, a phone number, the destination, the quantity and the packing you want priced. That is enough for the desk to open a file.

Write the quantity in tonnes or in containers, and say whether you need a single shipment or a program. Add any specification your buyer already requires. Leave laboratory numbers out unless they are limits you must meet.

A person answers the email you entered. The reply is a quotation or a request for one missing fact. It is not an automatic checkout.
