What is collected
Company, contact person, email, phone, country, destination, product, quantity, packing and your message. A consent checkbox is required. A hidden field is used only to reject automated submissions.

Why
To reply, to keep the commercial history, and to notify the authorised desk. The data is not sold.

How long
The record stays for the life of the commercial conversation and the period the company must keep business correspondence. You can ask for deletion at the published email, subject to those duties.

Where
Submissions are stored in Cloud Firestore when that project is connected, and otherwise in a server-side file that is not part of the public site. Access is limited to signed-in staff.
